GrowthToro Virtual Assistant Services (“GrowthToro”) collects the information you submit through our forms (such as name, email, phone, company, and details about your staffing needs or job application) to respond to your request, match you with virtual assistants or clients, and send related communications.
How we use information
- To provide quotes, scorecards, and staffing services
- To evaluate VA applications
- To send service and marketing emails you can opt out of at any time
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files your browser stores when you visit a website. We use them to understand how people use our site and to measure our advertising.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they found us, and which buttons and forms they use. Google collects information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you interact with the site, and stores it using cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. The Pixel tells Meta when you view a page, submit a form, or click to book a call. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own privacy policy. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences.
We do not send your form answers (like your name, email, or phone) to Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, but we will not be able to measure your visit.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate (CRM, email, hosting, analytics, and advertising) and, for candidates, with prospective clients during the matching process. We do not sell personal information.
