Is the VA’s wage included in the placement fee?
No. The placement fee covers recruiting, testing, and onboarding. The VA’s hourly wage is separate and depends on role, experience, and hours. We give you a wage range for your role during discovery.
What are typical VA wages?
Wages vary by role and skill. General admin VAs typically cost far less than specialized bookkeeping, mortgage, or CRM-automation VAs. We quote a specific range on your discovery call so there are no surprises.
Can I switch from Direct Hire to Managed later?
Yes. You can move a directly hired VA onto our managed program at any time by starting the monthly subscription; no second placement fee applies.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If your VA is not a fit within the first 30 days, we run a replacement search at no additional placement fee.
